STATUTES OF PARTICIPATION IN INNOVISION LISBOA 2025
I. EVENT STATUTES
Article 1 – Name and NatureInnovision 2025 is an international innovation and entrepreneurship event, based in Lisbon, organized by Estúdio Beyond Portugal, in partnership with public and private entities that support the startup ecosystem.
Article 2 – Mission and ObjectivesThe event's mission is to bring high-potential startups closer to European and Latin American companies and investors, promoting strategic connections, knowledge transfer and business opportunities.
Its main objectives are:a) To foster investment and innovation in strategic sectors; b) To promote the internationalization of startups; c) To facilitate access to large corporations and investment funds; d) Create a space for dialogue between academia, business and government on the future of innovation.
Article 3 – Organisational StructureInnovision is composed of:

Organizing Committee: responsible for logistical execution, curatorship and communication.

Advisory Board: formed by specialists, investors and institutional representatives.

Selection Committee: in charge of the analysis and validation of the registered startups.
Article 4 – Sponsorships and PartnershipsThe event may count on sponsors and institutional partners, national or international, who contribute with financial, logistical or technological support, through specific contracts or cooperation protocols.
Article 5 – Image and Communication RightsParticipants authorize the organization to use their name, presentations (pitches) that were made available at the event and on the VinciPitch platform, as well as image and voice in promotional materials for the event, without direct commercial purposes, always respecting their integrity and reputation.
Article 6 – General ProvisionsCases omitted in these statutes will be resolved by the Organizing Committee, observing the applicable Portuguese legislation.
🜂 II. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND RELATIONSHIP WITH THE EVENT
Article 1 – ObjectThese Terms define the conditions of participation, relationship and conduct between startups, companies, investors, sponsors and the organization of Innovision 2025.
Article 2 – Registration and Selection

Interested startups must submit their application through the https://vinci-pitch.com.br/ platform, providing true and up-to-date information.

The selection will be made by the Selection Committee (independent evaluators), by the VinciPitch Platform's AI agent, and by a jury in face-to-face events jointly or separately, based on criteria of innovation, feasibility, sustainability, and suitability to the profile of the participating companies.
Article 3 – Obligations of StartupsStartups undertake to:

Comply with the established rules and schedules;

Maintain ethical and professional conduct;

Respect the confidentiality of information shared within the scope of the event.

Register and fill in the VinciPitch platform as soon as it is open for the event.
Article 4 – Obligations of Companies and InvestorsThe participating companies and investors undertake to:
a) Respect the selection process and the matchmaking dynamics; b) To ensure confidentiality of information received; c) To avoid any discriminatory, unethical or unfair competitive practice.
Article 5 – Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All parties undertake to respect the confidentiality of data and ideas presented during the event.

The organization is not responsible for disputes arising from intellectual property between participants, and it is up to the parties to adopt prior protection measures.
Article 6 – Cancellations and ChangesInnovision reserves the right to change the dates, format or location of the event for reasons of force majeure, notifying the participants as far in advance as possible.
Article 7 – ResponsibilityThe organization is not responsible for losses arising from business decisions, information sharing or agreements signed between participants, acting only as a facilitating intermediary.
Article 8 – Competent ForumFor all legal purposes, the jurisdiction of the district of Lisbon shall be competent, with any other waiver.
III. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Article 1 – Legal FrameworkThis policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law No. 58/2019, ensuring the lawful, transparent and limited processing of personal data collected within the scope of Innovision 2025.
Article 2 – Data CollectionPersonal data is collected through registration forms, newsletters and contacts made via the official website, for the exclusive purpose of communication and management of the event.
Article 3 – Purpose of ProcessingThe data collected is intended for:
a) Processing registrations and communications with participants; b) Send relevant information about the event and its partners; c) To produce statistical and analytical reports, anonymized.
Article 4 – Conservation and SecurityThe data will be kept only for the time necessary for the purpose for which they are intended and stored on secure servers, with access restricted to the organizing team.
Article 5 – Rights of Data SubjectsData subjects may, at any time, request:

Access, rectification or deletion of your data;

Restriction or opposition to processing;

Article 6 – Sharing of Data with Third PartiesThe data may be shared only with operational partners of the event, through a confidentiality agreement and exclusivity of use for institutional purposes.
Article 7 – Cookies and Similar TechnologiesThe Innovision website uses cookies only for analytical and navigational purposes. The user may, at any time, manage their cookie preferences in the browser.
Article 8 – Policy UpdatesThis Policy may be updated at any time, and the most recent version will be published on the www.innovision.pt website.

Registration, participation or access to any digital channel of Innovision 2025 implies knowledge and full acceptance of these Statutes, Terms and Policies.
